• NOTICE REGARDING NON-COLLEGE INVOLVEMENT IN EVENT Published Date: 16, March 2021

  Dear All,

  This is to bring you into notice that the Gatsby Prom Night 2021 being organized on 20 th
  March 2021 (2021) is solely an event done by the group of students and the college has
  no direct or indirect involvement with it. Any students participating in the Prom Night are
  to be aware that they are responsible for themselves during/ after the event and the
  the college shall not be responsible for anything that occurs during/ after the event.
  It has come into the college’s notice that there has been phone calls received from the
  parents/ guardians to college inferring about Prom Night being an event hosted by the
  college, based upon the information provided by the students to their parents/ guardians.
  All students are urged to inform their parents/ guardians about the fact that the Gatsby
  Prom Night 2021 is an event organized only by the student group but not the college and
  hence, all students are required to be responsible for themselves during/ after the Gatsby
  Prom Night 2021.
  Students are expected to be informed that the same information will be relayed to the
  guardians/ parents as well from the college.

• Notice Regarding BSc Computing Socialization Program Published Date: 26, February 2021

  Dear Students,

  Please be informed about the upcoming socialization-orientation program scheduled on Fri-5th March & Sat-6th March 2021 for all students of BSc Computing 1st Semester students. This will be a 2-Days & 1 Night program at Royal Beach Camp – Dhading and will include Team Games, Rafting and other interactive sessions. This is a mandatory event and all students are expected to convey the event details to their parents/guardians.

   

  A briefing session by Mr. Ram Silwal has been scheduled on Sunday, 28th march 2021 @ 9:00 am, where he will inform students on What to expect, what to bring, Regulations, Policies and how the event will be conducted. We will release a code of conduct letter with all details to students on the day which must be signed and returned to college reception by Wednesday, 3rd March 2021.

  All graduand students are required to reply with the filled form along with the a PDF export of IIS results before Mon, 4th Jan 2021 to avoid any further delays.

  Dear Computing Students,

  The course registration form for Jan-Apr 2021 session has been sent to your college gmail which must be submitted by Mon, 4th Jan 2021. Also shared to your email is the course deferment (suspension) and withdrawal form, in case any students wishes to discontinue or dropout.

• Notice on Assignment Submission & Final Board Exam Published Date: 19, November 2020

  Dear Computing Students,

  Since the current Sep-Dec 2020 session is nearing soon, all students are advised for the final time to ensure submission of all assignments by 23rd Nov 2020, unless otherwise the submission deadlines are changed by the respective faculty.

  Please be aware that any assessments received beyond the stated deadlines won’t be marked and will be awarded Zero (0) marks. Also be reminded that, Students failing to secure <50% of marks in their internal component assessments (test/midterm, assignments) will be barred from attending the final exam resulting in a course failure.

  The university board exam, if otherwise changes, is scheduled to begin from 6th Dec, 2020. The detailed exam schedule will be shared in the coming weeks.
