Mr. Bibek Maharjan, Senior Continental Chef, with experience of over 10 years in Continental cuisine will be mentoring students on Italian Cuisine during Commercial Cookery Practical.
He was an Italian chef at Gokarna Forest Resort and currently, Mr. Bibek Maharjan is running his own multinational cuisine restaurant in Kathmandu.
We hope students learn more through the Cookery Session and make the most out of it which would help you in your future endeavors.
