Korean cuisine is one of the popular cuisines in the market these days and it is especially famous among youngsters. It is also my favorite cuisine so I was really excited after knowing that the college has added Korean Cuisine in a commercial cookery class. In this cuisine, we prepared a 4-course meal, Kimbap, Kimchi stew, Bulgogi combo, and Yaksik.

This helped me a lot to know about Korean food in more detail as Chef Mr. Chiranjivi Rasaili was also very friendly to us. In this practical rolling Kimbap must be my favorite part as I’ve always wanted to try it. I very much enjoyed the session and it was a very new and fun learning experience for me. I will be forever grateful to my college IIMS for providing such a great experience that will be cherished for a lifetime.
