“Personality Development”
(For Students at Lincoln international College)
2nd & 3rd February 2015
The objective of this workshop was to improve soft-skills including verbal and written communication skills, stage courage, and presentation skills as the parts of personality to all the current BBA 1stSemester Students. The course structure was designed and delivered by Ms. Malvika Subba (Miss Nepal 2002, Media Person, Actress, Producer) keeping in consideration of short duration and available resources.
This workshop with Ms. Malvika Subba has helped enhance confidence level and develop positive thinking and right attitude among our students. We cannot thank you enough Malvika.
The main contents of the course was divided as follows:
Part A: Personality Development
Part B: Public Speaking
DAY-1: Part A: Personality Development, 2nd Feb 2015
4-hours event on Personality Development conducted at Alpha-House, Baneshwor on Feb 2nd, 2015.
It was rightly initiated by Mr Brihat Singh Boswa by requesting students Ms. Shreya Joshi & Ms. Surabhi Bhattarai to hand over a bouquet to guest “Ms. Malvika Subba”. She gave motivational speeches at the program, where she shared why an individual needs good personality, how a good personality would help in catering successful professional life. She also shared her views regarding importance of good communication skills.

DAY – 2: Part B: Public Speaking, 3rd Feb 2015
Following session was conducted within Lincoln College, Putalisadak where Ms. Malvika Subba encouraged and engaged students in Public Speaking. Usage of English in practical scenarios to improve communication and various relevant Activities: Group Discussions, Debates, presentations, Listening, story conveying, summary etc. were put into practice.
In the last session of the program Ms. Malvika Subba guided all participants with her valuable experience, which has really motivated them with lots of zeal and enthusiasm.
By means of this news, I personally (Rabin Thapa) on behalf of Lincoln International College would like to place on record my appreciation and gratitude towards Ms. Malvika’s continuous involvement, professionalism, support and influences during this workshop.
